11. What forms do I need to complete?

By using the e-formation system you will be able to complete all the forms necessary to incorporate your company electronically. We will therefore not be sending you any forms for completion and return.

However if you are using traditional formation packages we wil lsend you copies of form 288 and a stock transfer form so that you can transfer ownership of the company to the appropriate person/organisation and appoint you chosen officers. You send the forms back to us so that we can check them and file them on your behalf. We do not normally resign our officers until you have completed these forms and returned them to us. This ensures that at all time the company is in good standing.
