1. What are the types of companies we offer on our website?
Private company limited by shares - A company where the liability
of its shareholders is limited to the amount unpaid on the shares
they hold.
Public limited company - A company whose shares may be offered
for sale to the general public and where the liability of its shareholders
is limited to the amount unpaid on the shares they hold. The company
must have an authorised capital of £50,000 and two shares must be
issued on incorporation. Before the company can commence trading
the Registrar of Companies must issue a trading certificate and
the share capital must be paid up to a minimum of 25% in respect
of a company with the minimum share capital requirement of £50,000.
Flat management company. This is the same type of company as a
private company limited by shares except there is a requirement
for two shareholders.
