1. Basic Incorporation

emailed and dispatched on official paper to you. Memorandum and Articles of Association are available if you choose to purchase them. First Meeting

b) Incorporation using Stanley Davis nominees as the initial Officers
and Shareholders and the provision of a registered office.
Details as above plus dealing with the documentation necessary to
change the initial officers and registered office and transfer the subscriber
share to the new shareholder.

5. Completion of statutory registers
This optional service costs an additional £30 plus VAT. We will write up the registers of the company and ensure that the companies statutory records are fully up to date when they are despatched to you. You must order a register to take advantage of this service.
6. Guaranteed Same Day Service (before 2.00pm)
Process your formation online before 2.00pm and for an additional fee of £100 plus VAT we will guarantee a same day incorporation.
7. Courier
Postage is included in the fee but for an additional £6.00 plus VAT we will send the formation by next day courier.
The current standard rate of VAT is 20% - effective for all orders despatched after 4 Janaury 2011.
