Stanley Davis Group
A World of Company Support Services
For everything relating to company secretarial administration and compliance,
Stanley Davis is one of the leading service providers in the UK, Europe and the
world.
Stanley Davis founded the Stanley Davis Group in 1975. It grew to become the
second largest player in its field and after being courted by Robert Maxwell,
it was finally sold to him in 1988. Stanley returned to the business in 2001
after building up and successfully running the third largest share registration
business in the UK for ten years. He finally sold in 2000.
Stanley Davis Group today continues its proactive growth path by developing
market share both in the UK and abroad. Its acquisition in October 2001 of
Jeffreys Henry Corporate Services increased international standing and service
capacity, and the acquisition of York Place Company Services in May 2005
strengthened its national presence and its property search services in
particular.
Stanley Davis Group’s solid reputation, established in the financial heart
of London, continues to spread internationally and is based on the sound
principles of client consideration, service and respect.
