Requirements:
- All South African companies must have a registered office in
South Africa.
- A minimum of one director is required, which can be a corporate
body, and does not have to be resident in South Africa. The details
of the director will be registered with the Public Registry.
- A minimum of one shareholder is required.
- There is no minimum capital requirement.
- Annual accounts must be prepared and filed.
- Readymade or shelf companies are available.
- 35% tax is applicable on all South Africa source income.
