REQUIREMENTS

• Registered Office must be in Norway
• Minimum of one shareholder, no maximum.
• Minimum share capital (paid up) is NOK 100,000 (approx. £7,700)
• Minimum number of directors is one providing the share capital is below NOK 3,000,000.000. If the share capital is over NOK 3,000,000 then minimum of three directors must be appointed and the company must appoint a CEO. At least one of the directors must be resident in Norway

Incorporation process takes approximately 1 month
