Requirements:
- All Greek companies must have a registered office in Greece.
- A minimum of one director is required, which may not be a corporate
body. Residency permits are required for EU nationals.
- Accounts must be filed annually
- Readymade companies are not available. Formation takes approximately
4 weeks.
- Minimum share capital of €20,000. 100% must be paid up.
