Requirements:

  • All German companies must have a registered office in Germany.
  • A minimum of one director is required, which may not be a corporate body. The individual need not be resident in Germany.
  • Accounts must be filed annually
  • Readymade companies are not available. Incorporation takes 8 to 15 weeks.
  • Minimum share capital of €25,000. 50% must be paid up.
  • A bank account must be opened to receive payment for share capital.
  • Standby letter of credit must be issued by international bank.
  • Registered office fees vary dependent on activity of company.

Maintenance Services, fees will be charged for additional services on a time-spent basis.
