Requirements:

  • All Florida companies must have a registered office and agent in Florida.
  • The name of the limited liability company must end with the words “limited liability company” or “limited company” or the abbreviations “L.L.C”, “L.C”, “LLC” or “LC”
  • A minimum of one manager (director) is required, which cannot be a corporate body. The manager does not need to be resident in Florida and can also be a member.
  • A minimum of one member is required.
  • The statutory books can be maintained outside Florida.

Annual costs thereafter:

Annual tax LLC £50 - £100 per annum

Nominee Member £125 per annum

Additional charges apply for courier and notarisation / appostile.

Maintenance Services, fees will be charged for additional services on a time-spent basis.
