  • A minimum of one director/manager is required, which cannot be a corporate body.
  • The director/manager does not need to be resident in Delaware.
  • A minimum of one shareholder is required.
  • The statutory books can be maintained outside Delaware.

Maintenance Services:
Fees will be charged for any additional services on a time-spent basis. Additional charges apply for courier and notarisation/appostile.
