Belize

Requirements:
- All Belize companies must have a registered office in Belize.
- A minimum of one director is required, which can be a corporate
body, and does not have to be resident in the Belize.
- A minimum of one shareholder is required. The shares can be
in Bearer form. However Bearer shares are now immobilized and
are required to be held by an authorized custodian in Belize.
We can provide such services through our agent in Belize at an
annual fee of £200 per Bearer share certificate issue.
- The statutory books can be maintained outside Belize.
- There are no statutory or accounts filing requirements.
- A Belize company will not be subject to corporation tax in the
Belize.
- The only government fee payable is the Government Annual Licence
Fee (£75).
- Payment of Government Licence Fee is due in January.
- Penalties will be levied for late payment.
