Requirements:
- All Belgian companies must have a registered office in Belgium.
- A minimum of one director is required, which may not be a corporate
body. The individual need not be resident in Belgium but will
need to affiliate to a local Social Security plan.
- Accounts must be filed annually and within 6 months of the
year-end.
- Readymade companies are not available. Formation takes approximately
14 days.
- Minimum share capital of €18,550. €6,200 must be
paid up.
