REQUIREMENTS

  • It is a requirement that all Barbados companies have a registered office and a registered agent in Barbados.
  • The minimum number of director is one.
  • The minimum number of shareholder is one. Bearer shares are allowed.
  • There is no requirement for a secretary to be appointed to the company.

Company formation will take approximately 48 hours (the IBC Licence will take a further 2 weeks).
