Requirements

• Minimum share capital US$12,000 (Aprox £7,500)
• 25% of the minimum share capital must be fully paid
• Bearer shares are not available
• Shelf companies are not available
• Argentina does not have offshore legislation, hence offshore activities are taxable according to bilateral tax agreements

Incorporation takes approximately 10 days
