Requirements:
- All Antigua companies must have a registered office in Antigua.
- A minimum of one director is required, which can be a corporate
body, and does not have to be resident in the Antigua.
- A minimum of one shareholder is required. The shares can be
in
- Bearer form if the Articles so permit, but please inform upon
incorporation.
- The statutory books can be maintained outside Antigua.
- There are no statutory or accounts filing requirements.
- Readymade or shelf companies are available.
- An Antigua company will not be subject to corporation tax in
Antigua.
- The only government fee payable is the Government Annual Licence
Fee (£210).
