REQUIREMENTS
- It is a requirement that all Antilles companies have a registered
office and a registered agent in the Antilles.
- The company should have a local director or local representative
in Antilles.
- Minimum paid up share capital – 20% of authorised share
capital (minimum US$30,000)
- A minimum of one director and one shareholder is required.
- The shares can be in Bearer form however the Share Certificate
must be issued under a deposit agreement with an Antilles agent
or another professional custodian (e.g. a bank).
- There is no requirement for a company secretary to be appointed.
- Tax filings must be made each year (even non trading companies).
Financial statements should be submitted by the beneficial owner
or their representative to the agent to enable the tax filing
to be done.
- Company formation will take approximately 1-2 weeks (once the
company’s name is approved).
