The companies Act 2006 has resulted in all memorandum and articles for companies being altered for all company formations made after 1 October 2009. Stanley Davis offer clients the option to choose the number of quality printed and bound memorandum and articles they require or choose to receive a pdf version of the document to print or store themselves.
