b) Quick Incorporation with Stanley Davis nominees as the Officers and Shareholders and the provision of a registered office. 

Details as above plus dealing with the documentation necessary to change the initial officers and registered office and transfer the subscriber share to the new shareholder.

We regret that due to an Inland Revenue & Customs ruling VAT must now be charged on printing of Memorandum & Articles when purchased as part of a Company Formation.
